27th - 31st January 2025 - introduction to the courses in the professional elective module, incl. professional training (internship) courses
27th - 31st January 2025 - instruction about the content and procedure for writing master thesis
2nd April 2025 - Deadline for submitting a status report for finding an internship position (type of office a student is looking for, preparatory activities done and steps to be taken in order to make contact with potential internship places) to be sent to Toomas Muru
25th April 2025 - deadline for submitting student’s topic of master thesis with supervisor’s consent on an application form to Specialist of Academic Affairs (Lagle Lõhmus: [email protected])

29th May 2025 - development of thematic framework, review of core literature, preliminary methodological selection and description of the core structure of the thesis is sent to one’s supervisor (followed by the individual discussion with supervisor within the following week)
12th June 2025 - latest report to the head of methodical commission by the supervisors for approval of the methodology of the thesis (to register the credit points of Research methods course)

15th/16th April 2025 - Spring defence round: predefence of master thesis (compulsory attendance in order to defend the thesis)
9th May 2025 - Spring defence round: all the courses of the curriculum should be passed and registered in ÕIS in order to get permission to participate the master thesis defence in spring
