7 April 2025Pre-defense of master's theses in Metsamaja, room D239.
16 May 2025All coursework must be completed. Students who have not cleared their academic debts by this date will not be allowed to defend their thesis.
23 May 2025 at 14:00Deadline for submitting the final master's thesis.

18 November 2024Lecturers submit master's thesis topics to the head of the methodology committee. Students may develop their own topics in collaboration with the committee.
27–31 January 2025Introduction to elective courses and professional practice.
27–31 January 2025Introduction to the content and structure of the thesis.
2 April 2025The student submits a report on the search for a practice placement to the supervisor [email protected]
25 April 2025

The student submits an application for thesis topic registration in both Estonian and English, along with the supervisor(s)' approval.

Application for Master’s Thesis Defense 

29 May 2025Submission of the thesis topic development, literature review, and structure to the supervisor. Individual discussions take place during the following week.
12 June 2025Supervisors confirm the master's thesis methodology to the department committee (for credit registration).

21 March 2025End of classroom-based coursework for graduates.
3 April 2025Master's thesis draft 75% completed, submitted to supervisors for pre-defense.
15–16 April 2025Master's thesis pre-defense.
9 May 2025All coursework must be completed. Students with outstanding coursework will not be allowed to defend their thesis.
16 May 2025 at 14:00

Deadline for submitting the final master's thesis.
