The aim of the project is to contribute to the reduction of economic and social disparities between Estonia and the more advanced countries in the enlarged European Union. Particularly, the aim of this project is to increase remarkably the capability of monitoring of lakes and rivers in Estonia. Main outcomes: new equipment and analysis techniques, increasing safety of monitoring activities, more reliable monitoring data, better data analysis and improved operational information for publicity and responsible authorities.
