Work Package 2 “Knowledge transfer”

Work Package 2 “Knowledge transfer” - the aim is to increase the employability of participating students but will also foster the general contacts between students and young academic staff and companies, focusing on the creation of a Virtual Career Day.

The output will consist of web-based topics for applied (Master) thesis within the companies, will identify needs and gaps for both, higher education institutions and companies and help students and companies to approach each other in an informal way.

Specific tasks under this output will be:

♦ Development of the virtual platform for the activity.

♦ Evaluation of the questionnaire to detect companies’ interest and interested companies;

♦​ Database of companies interested from internship and further employers;

♦ Career day itself.

The major task of this Work-package is to provide a connection between theoretical knowledge and practical application on a strong international background.
