On June 27th starting at 10:15 doctoral student Kaie Metsaots will be defending her thesis „Holistic development of the oil shale region as an industrial heritage, recreational, sports and tourism district". Supervisor is Prof. Kalev Sepp and opponent is Prof. Dr. Dietwald Gruehn (Chair of Landscape Ecology and Landscape Planning of School of Spatial Planning, TU Dortmund University). The defense will take place in room D239 of Kreutzwaldi 5 building.
